"American Indian Performer Steven Garcia & The 9th Annual Multi-Cultural Festival
This weekend kicks off the 9th Annual Multi-Cultural Festival. This free event will feature a
variety of food, entertainment and fun for the entire family. On January 11, 2007, we were joined by
Spokesperson Derek Danziger and American Indian Performer Steven Garcia with a preview of what we
can expect. The festival takes place Saturday, January 13th from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. across from
the San Diego Convention Center, along the Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade on the north side
of Harbor Drive.
Steven is a excellent dancer. He does what is called the Northern Traditional type of dance.
